We are delighted to announce we have secured planning for 100MW BESS site at Bramford, Suffolk.
The 100MW site is the latest battery storage project to secure planning permission in Cambridge Power’s growing portfolio, furthering the provision of local grid storage services to assist in the transition to Net Zero and low carbon forms of electricity.
Neil Waterson, Head of Planning at Cambridge Power says: “We are delighted to secure planning permission for the BESS site in Bramford. Its location adjacent to the Bramford substation further adds to its credentials as an excellent storage site to assist with delivering the offshore wind and interconnectors on the east coast of Suffolk.”
