Graham joined Cambridge Power in November 2021 as Construction Manager, although to date, he has been more involved with the BESS technology selection process, providing civil input to the development team and setting up health and safety processes in readiness for the commencement of construction in 2023.
Starting out as a Trainee Technician with Galliford & Sons, Graham has amassed over 35 years of experience within the construction industry with management involvement across a range of sectors, from heavy civil engineering, industrial and retail new builds, telecommunications, infrastructure security, renewables (including on-shore wind and GSHP) and more recently a HVDC interconnector with ABB, with knowledge gained working both contractor and client side in the past. Versatile and not afraid of a new challenge, Graham is looking forward to adding BESS builds as another string to his bow over the course of 2023.
Outside of work, Graham is kept busy with a very ‘hands-on’ renovation project and a busy family life, leaving little time for anything else – with travel and mountaineering both distant memories.
